Hi
During the construction phase of building a house, what is the best way to lodge any issues that you have so that it gets resolved satisfactory and timely ? Is it with the Site supervisor or the CSR ?

Document your conversation in an e-mail to your CSR so that they know what's going on too.... Wait for a response....within a mutually agreed time frame of course...
If you don't get the response you think you deserve, take it higher.... Just hoping for the best (no issues) but at the same time, preparing for the worst as well
