Has anyone else had to do this? Whats the easiest/quickest way to get it done and what does it need to include? We already have a landscaping contractor that will be doing the landscaping for us and we've given him all the dimensions for what we want, but have given him free-reign with plants etc. Do I just need to send in all the info he sends me and a handdrawn sketch? Is that good enough? Yes Munchi ..we did this too..its a requirement when you submit a DA. You can get it done through Rawson and costs around $750.We got it done through our landscaper for 1/2 of that cost and if we gonna use him he will deduct this from the final bill. And as Jen said this is just a basic plan .Does not have to be detailed and fancy. Re: Our Benham 33 journey 2198Feb 21, 2013 12:13 pm Yeah I merely asked about replacing the fence, not that we need to. They just mentioned they 'dont' want to contribute anything', I guess because they believe it's fine. I don't really care at the end of the day too much. The back fence is the biggest issue as... 50% of it isn't there any more! Re: Our Benham 33 journey 2199Feb 21, 2013 7:13 pm Tondar misch22 Hi Tondar, Are you getting the Anticon as well as the normal insulation batts to the roof? How much was the price difference between Anticon and sarking if you don't mind me asking? No one mentioned this to us either hi misch, we still have the r3.5 insulation in the ceiling in addition to the anticon. we also did the alfresco (r2.5) under the master bedroom. on top of that we also did some r2.0 soundscreen between bedrooms and the home theatre for sound proofing. i will pm you our price for the anticon upgrade. Thanks Tondar We did the R2.0 rockwool insulation to the theatre room as well. We were charged $400 for it. Does that sound reasonable? Re: Our Benham 33 journey 2200Feb 21, 2013 7:32 pm SL - it's not always a requirement when you submit a DA.. Depends on council and DP. I think our local council just changed this requirement which is why we didn't know til the last minute. Lucky we already have something. Any advice on how to ensure the kit home granny flat that im thinking of buying will get council approval. The kit home companys wont release plans without a deposit and… 0 7283 of course there are legal avenues. You've already mentioned it. Sue them. I find it odd that lawyers wouldnt be willing to take on the case, given CCT evidence and… 1 23901 "Losers" "humanity" "off time" "your" "top notch" "love symbol" Sounds like ponzo is done using other people's toilets 36 24017 |
