I've noticed the upstairs bathroom on a lot of Rawson homes have a fixed window. Is this an issue i.e. as there is a shower and a toilet in this area with no window to open for fresh air. I know there is a fan, but it seems very strange to me why there would be a fixed window. All good now, Rawson have to fix the window so it opens - at their expense. Fan or not, we like to open the windows on a weekend and get fresh air throughout the house so we're happy. For those in design look carefully - AFW and ASW (F for Fixed and S for slide). Even if there is an arrow on the window indicating is slides. Any advice on how to ensure the kit home granny flat that im thinking of buying will get council approval.
