I wondered why maintenance guy was 'supervised' by SS when he did our maintenance inspection a few weeks ago. He's supposed to be back to do some work for us next monday. We'll see how it goes??? Building Stroud 30 in Lake Macquarie Re: Our Benham 33 journey 4119Nov 06, 2013 8:48 am The maintenance guy for our SS came by and did a few pieces of work last week. - fixed some popped screws in the plasterboard in the roof - adjusted doors - adjusted loose handles - removed/painted/replaced/realigned cavity sliding doors All fairly unsupervised, but the SS did come past to make sure he knew everything he had to do.
