Browse Forums Building A New House 1 Feb 29, 2008 8:07 am Gday all,
We've been in our new place for nearly 12 months now and its time to start looking for the next project. I'm tossing up the idea of buying some acres on the hawkesbury river near sydney and building a kit home. Has anyone gone thru the experience of building a kit home? I'm wondeing what the final cost are . I'm assuming they'd be double or more then the 'kit cost'. If you've have done it, would you do it again?
