We are in the process of ripping out our kitchen and installing a new white vinyl wrapped L shaped kitchen with island bench. THe total area we're covering is about 6.5m2. We have the usual, dual cupboard for sink, 5 drawers, 9 pot drawers (actually 6, with 3 skinny ones on top), fridge panels and dual cupboard above. We have been quoted about $780 per metre for the cupboards, and this works out to $4800 or so. This seems an awful lot for MDF..and we haven't even put doors on yet.
