Browse Forums Building A New House 1 Feb 22, 2012 9:37 am Hi, we’re building at Paso Grove Selandra Rise, site start was supposed to be 13th of January 2012 but was held up due to delays in obtaining a Cert of Acceptance of Works from Southeast Water and PIC numbers for our stage being look after by Stockland the developer. I have been pestering them with emails and calls to complete the paperworks but only to receive unrealistic dates. It’s been 2 months since the settlement and our builder is very much ready to build. I’m just wondering if anyone had the same issues with their developer and understands how it works. Do you think it should have been done prior to settlement and if it’s wise to get legal advice? I hope to get some feedbacks regarding this. Thank you Re: Certificate of Acceptance of Works - Selandra Rise 2Feb 22, 2012 3:02 pm I didnt have that issue with my land with selandra rise. Building Henley - Lexington 993 Q2 in Selandra Rise, Clyde North MBA and HIA both have sub contract agreements, check them out 2 7304 I want to build a bigger driveway (without a nature strip) than has been approved under my CDC. I’ve also had a DA approved to build a deck. It looks like I can do this… 0 4799 Fair Trading can issue orders to rectify and complete but once the matter goes to NCAT these orders are automatically vacated. You will have to terminate contract and sue… 21 29693 |
