Mine took 6 weeks for the first set of drawings. The changes/corrections take 2-3 weeks to turnaround. How long to get your drawings 4Feb 19, 2012 10:05 am Hi Tia, Is this the first lot you are waiting on? Mine were done within 3 weeks. I feel the whole process for me has been fairly quick. I signed the preparation of plans agreement on November 27 and my build is ready to be sent off for scheduling. We're just waiting on the formal loan approval at the moment, so the builder is currently the hero!
