Who else is building with Eden Brae?

for anyone with build watch, it seems to be going down daily in the last week for me. anyone else have this issue, or just me?

I am building with EBH. But EBH haven't installed the build watch for me yet. But one of my friend who is building with EBH, asked me the same question you asked here. Seems like its happening for all the build watches.

Yup I had the same issue last week but it’s normal again.

Does anyone know how many Down lights comes up as default with the Lifestyle Series?

None. Just batten holders. And just one in each room.

You will get an allowance of $5,000 but it will not be sufficient for all your upgrades. We ended up having a total of about $8,500 to cater for extra power points, data points, down lights ect

Hey mate, do you have the list for all the other upgrades like Kitchen Appliances, Tiles etc. If so , can you please share those if possible. It would help me to prepare for my next appointment in next week.

They don't gave any for Kitchen and Tiles. You will only know about Kitchen when you are on the kitchen appointment. Tiles, you have to visit Di-Lorenzo and ask for EBH default lists. They have couple of display boards for EBH. I may have bricks list. I can share it if you want.

Thanks mate. I have the brick list. Will probably visit De Lorenzo to see the tiles. My HOG appointments are on 19th of this month and 2nd on next month.

Anyone has a picture of lifestyle series standard door? We opted for a display house door during our contract signing without seeing the default door. Now, thinking whether we can go for the default and invest that money in kitchen.

Nope. This the entry door design. We are building Prestige series. This is the standard door. "Solidcarve PSC4"

Internal doors are pretty vanilla plain doors. No designs on them.
