Re: Who else is building with Eden Brae? 13270Jan 11, 2016 7:11 am Hi All, Welcome back. EBH said they r right on track to submit plans to council in two weeks time and I hope all goes well. Any idea how long does Penrith council take to approve. Re: Who else is building with Eden Brae? 13271Jan 11, 2016 8:10 am Just wondering why there are not going with cdc? I have just removed the Pantry door that was part of the tender as we have changed the design of Pantry layout during our KC appointment but EB is saying unfortunately there isn't any credit for it. In the bigger scheme of things a small door credit is not worth a fight I guess. ----------------- Eden Brae Cremorne Blog : http://newhouse.gores.com.au Re: Who else is building with Eden Brae? 13273Jan 12, 2016 12:17 am samanthanewport38 Hey All, Has anyone upgraded to no handles in the kitchen? So long as its 'possible' i believe you can Re: Who else is building with Eden Brae? 13279Jan 12, 2016 10:02 pm Thanks Venniechada Mine is in the estate and I have easement on side and we have to apply for exemptions for eaves so CDC is not going to work. That's what I have been told and they have built like 50 houses in that estate Re: Who else is building with Eden Brae? 13280Jan 12, 2016 10:05 pm Hi All, I am getting my flooring done post handover. One of my friend is doing the same and he said they have put skirtings and now he has to get them removed and refit post tiling. I wanted to ask if EBH leave skirtings untucked so I can get it done once flooring is done. Is that possible to get house with no skirtings? I built with EB back on 2009.
