How much does it cost? Re: Who else is building with Eden Brae? 14743Jul 26, 2017 10:39 pm winto_04 Anyone been charged extra for 3 phase wiring (for aircon) then upgraded to a single phase unit? Did you get a credit for that extra wiring? I asked for 3 Phase connection for my future air con - they charged around $350. If you're upgrading to single phase unit, then ask your CSA to raise a PCV to remove the 3 Phase (if you don't need it) and get a Credit. How much does it cost? Yes, IOC is usually done by EBH. The OC I arranged once I had completed the required finishing touches. I can't recall exactly what I paid (why I have an accountant hehe), but I have a vague idea it was in the lowish hundreds. Both cost wise and quality? Can I be honest? I have sent my plans to 6 other blind and shutter companies and all of them wanted between $2-6K more than Abbey for exactly the same thing! My conclusion? They are cheaper than the companies outside. So give the job to them. Both cost wise and quality? Happy with both concerns you've raised. I'd definitely use them again as the communication & customer service was proactive, targeting issues & delays prior to their occurrence, facilitating me to make timely & effective changes as required Sent from my iThing via Tapatalk Re: Who else is building with Eden Brae? 14752Jul 28, 2017 9:05 pm voz Hi Guys, When do EBH usually get the fence up? Before pouring slab or after? Thanks! Before pouring the slab Re: Who else is building with Eden Brae? 14754Jul 30, 2017 6:47 pm Hello All, A quick one. I have asked to provide a 1200mm wide CSD (cavity sliding door) between my study and hall way the quote for which came back at $893. We are thinking this is a rip off. Does any one know if EBH can do a provision for CSD so that i can get it doen post handover?
