Paint and scratches only. Very busy time. Wow. How exciting . How much time between pci and handover When are you moving in? If you have done cupboards for bed 2,3 or 4 can you please share your photos. Re: Who else is building with Eden Brae? 15037Feb 03, 2018 10:30 am dreamh0me Pci done. We were very happy except for a few minor paint defects and one rusty door hinge in the garage. Handover inspection and settlement on Friday and we are moving in on Monday 12th. Very excited!!! We did have a problem with our supervisor and inspector who had a blow out and then the supervisor never seemed to be available to meet our inspector . It got too hard so our independent inspector never got to see our house now . It is a pity as he may have seen things we didn’t . Our supervisor felt he was being over fussy about little things that did not matter. What about you voz - have your defects been sorted? dreamh0me, Great news, Congratulations!!! Oh when did that blow out happen? During PCI or during stage inspection? I thought the Supervisor should accomodate. I didn't use private inspector for PCI but I myself inspected for 4.5 hours and picked up super minor items. My Supervisor was very patient - he taped wherever I showed, in fact he ran out of a tape and opened a new one during the process. My defects are being fixed and settlement date in 2 weeks from now. Hope it goes well. Re: Who else is building with Eden Brae? 15040Feb 03, 2018 6:01 pm voz @miffy, dreamh0me, Did you guys get wardrobe through Eden Brae? If so, was it done during PCI. Wardrobe was not done for my PCI. We are doing wardrobe after handover so looking at ideas. I saw a small crack on side of driveway but was told by our inspector that is normal and to be expected . I did not notice on our alfresco but was not looking too hard as we decking it. I built with EB back on 2009.
