Second, Is there anyone got a PCV asking you to have 2x 5230lt watertank ? I have never heard of this before . at first , they said they need to get my watertank to be slimline to be putting on the side to avoid the sewer , then today they said they finish drawing the Hydraulic and send me this PCV . EBH delete my Slimline as they asked me to upgrade before at $1400 , and asking me to upgrade 2x5230 lt rain watertank . this sounds crazy to me. Item No 1.10 and 1.11 are unacceptable !!! Re: Who else is building with Eden Brae? 13592May 15, 2016 8:24 pm Has anyone noticed, Eden Brae display homes and their flooring level connecting from inside of the house to the alfresco. They are all the same floor level. There is no step down. I asked during my tender if I could have this done. Being, no step down to the alfresco. However, they said this is not possible. Does anyone know how to get the flooring one level when walking out to the alfresco? I hope I am making sense. Looking forward to anyone's reply. I have complained about it to Ebh. Now do I have to wait until 13 weeks maintainance period or they can address it straightaway? Sort of paranoid about the hole in garage. In this case, it's actually a very good outcome because a detention system will cost you way more. I suspect you are the same case. Contact your CR to confirm Eden Brae Marina 42 11/5/15.
