Although we agreed to this initially, given that we are officially responsible for the property now, we are getting a bit apprehensive about letting trades in in our absence after handover. Any advise? Anyone had this situation? A "targeted attack" seems to mean that the remainder of the community is not under threat, & this situation is likely a one-off type....... I have no hesitation in continuing to visit OPTown due to this snippet of info Re: Who else is building with Eden Brae? 13573May 03, 2016 7:41 pm PixiGT homeofjns Hi anyone, our SS has requested access for painters to do some minor work inside the property after handover. Our construction started at the end of October and they haven't even completed the exterior yet. Where are you building? We started construction Mid October and PCI has been scheduled 30 May. If there no major issue identified during PCI, maximum date would be 2 weeks after granting no issues and all signed off Re: Who else is building with Eden Brae? 13575May 06, 2016 8:24 am PCI - Tyrells Inspection - Valuation - Handover Question for those who have recently got the keys to your house I would like to know when does Tyrells Inspection come into picture. Is this during the PCI when the SS walks you through your house? Does he have the report in his hand then? I am aware that the handover is 2 weeks after PCI, just curious to know the process between PCI and Handover as Tyrells are the experts in finding faults which are unseen/unknown to the human eye Thanks heaps. How far along is your house? When did they schedule the PCI? Based on the contract being 39 weeks we should be finished by the end of July but with the amount of issues so far and how slow progress has been I will be happy if we move in by the end of the year. We are lucky that our new site supervisor is very good at getting things fixed but its pretty frustrating that things aren't done correct in the first place. Re: Who else is building with Eden Brae? 13577May 07, 2016 1:08 pm Hi all Has anyone got the difference quote from Home Option Gallery vs EBH ( direct from your Admin ) It is a bit strange that I order an entry Diamond Grilled door from HOG for $475, then Somehow, I order again 4 Diamond Grilled doors with my admin, and she charge me $2104 including the entry door. That works out of $526 per door which is $51 difference . I am thinking of writing an email to my admin asking them why there is a difference , any recommend ? Essastone has discontinued most of their stone colors. We had to select new colors for kitchen and bathroom. For kitchen we selected the color Zinc and for bathroom Calcite. Anyone choose similar color? What other colors combination you have?
