Did u calculate that yourself or do the tiling shop have ur plans & measurements worked out before the appointment. I'm building the jasper 26 and made the floor plans on smart draw program to work out each area. I now have the proper plans after the contract signing last week which i can compare to the one i drew up. Re: Who else is building with Eden Brae? 12118May 26, 2015 11:07 am kezhu2008 I'm having a contract meeting tommorow, any tips? 1) Check all you windows and doors are in correct position. As we found that in our contract there was no stacker door between dining and alfresco. Also we increased the bedroom 3 window height. 2) You need to decide what type of water tank you want? also the position of the water tank. 3) Check the position of the hot water system. As in our contract it wasn't showing. 4) Ask lot of question because after you sign the contract you will not have any option to negotiation. We just confirmed our first color appointment selection. But there are few more things that we are not confirming yet. 1) Is it important to change the shower head? The standard once looks ok to us as we think the water pressure will be very less on those shower heads. Let me know if I am wrong. 2) My wife wants to get the ESP Plus System (SRD131C) for the ducted aircon as she think it will save a lot on the power bills. How many you have upgraded to this system? Do we really need this? As we have less knowledge on this, your suggestion will be much appreciated. 3) Also has anyone got extra cold water system next to the toilets? We have asked a quote for the extra three cold water points next to the toilet, where we will install the hand shower later. 4) We want to upgrade our front door. Has anyone upgraded their front door?what size and price? we asked a quote for the Sunburst and Windsor. But I can assume the price will be so expensive Tender signed 14/04/2015 Contract signed 28/04/2015 Council Approval 23/06/2015 http://lincoln30mkii.blogspot.com.au/ Re: Who else is building with Eden Brae? 12120May 26, 2015 11:50 am Hi everyone, I need help!!! We are in our last week where we can make changes before everything is set in stone. We have 40mm Torrone stone for our island bench, I desperately want to add the waterfall edges but they are $1083 a side. We have already spent $800 on the torrone colour upgrade and $1214 to upgrade to 40mm for the island. Do you think it is worth spending the extra for waterfall edges? I built with EB back on 2009.
