I saw few members here had their roof completed before brick. So i wasn't sure which one actually done first. The SS doing the house behind us did the roof before the bricks because the brickies were all busy catching up on other jobs after rain delays, he didn't just want it sitting there doing nothing just waiting for the bricks. Amazing how exciting a piece of wood with a bit of red paint can be. Congratulations mate. Wheels are in motion. Our SS said bricks first then roof. I'd seen so many houses with roof first that I thought it was strange. Anyone else have any framework sitting on top of drains? Our ensuite wall frame sits on top of the basin drain. SS said pipes will go through wall cavity and that it's all ok. Haven't come across many that have this, so thought I'd ask. Re: Who else is building with Eden Brae? 8817Dec 08, 2013 10:14 pm Dunno Heath. It's not something I've seen. But I've since found out that it's something that is done on occasion. Especially wall hung vanity. So all good. No stressing here Can't wait for this week. To see what building surprises we get. You'll have your slab soon enough. Hi, I hope so as SS promised to send me slab payment invoice by Wednesday this week and definitely he has to finish it before. Haha, how's your going. It seems Tyrrell are now working for EBH as they are our Independent Quality Inspector. there are few more good quality inspector who charges less than Howard and Ryan. I rad the feedback and many people recommended them. Oronno can you please let me know few names and numbers if you have it handy. I built with EB back on 2009.
