Riverside, HunterSheffield recently had her tile appointment and selected an alternative to a glass splashback. As opposed to paying $2500 for a glass splashback the alternative was close within the price of the standard inclusions. I'm not sure if the tiles would be classified as 'glass' tiles tho. ok great thanks ohmistershefield25 ... HunterSheffield - what tiles did you go with? We chose 600x300 porcelain tiles with a rectified edge (super straight so less grout needed) and paid to match the grout as closely as possible. Hope this helps Cheers, Alison Building Sheffield 25 in the Hunter Re: Who else is building with Eden Brae? 5790Jun 19, 2013 5:16 pm jewel18 Hi Guys, Just an update so the frame has started and SS advised its going to be finished today. and brickwork starting Friday or Monday. When I mention this to KC, their reply it was an error we made for couple of our customers. We are sorry but you will have to pay $670 for the same. What a joke Re: Who else is building with Eden Brae? 5793Jun 20, 2013 9:01 am Need2know Alok from this forum has paid $176 for 4x 30kg soft close drawers. We were originally quoted $352, but after showing evidence of a friend getting quoted $176 for the same thing KC decided to reduce our quote. When asked why were we quoted a higher price, their response was that prices had dropped since our original appointment. Highly unprofessional. It seems the prices have gone up (almost double) as they are asking us to pay $670 It think $670 is a rip off Re: Who else is building with Eden Brae? 5795Jun 20, 2013 9:22 am I have a question for all of you building a Drysdale. On your original floor plan in the study and living area, was the original floor coverings notated as carpet or tiles? We are paying $792 for 3 x soft closing pot draws 50kg 1200mm wide (one utensile and two medium) Re: Who else is building with Eden Brae? 5800Jun 20, 2013 9:37 am Aloks pot drawers are only 450mm wide and 30kg. So the price difference might be the weight and the size? I also got told that the anyone over 1100mm needs to go from 30kg to 50kg for weight issues.
