It is the same as yours, however, our rectangular tubing (which all the cables are run through) has been painted a brown colour so that it is not so obvious against our dark coloured bricks. The other things are apparently for NBN connection and smart wiring. Thanks BaulkhamHills. Do you also happen to have that flexible tube that goes from the rectangular plastic to the ceiling? May i please ask you few question? (1) How much to put 20mm stone at 2 x vanities at Ensuite and Bathroom? (2) Is it possible to supply my own upgaraded fittings to them to install? (3) How much the glass splsh back at kitchen cost? (4) How much for full fame less shower screen? (5) How much for extra power point, data point, gas point, water point, dranage point? (6) How much the skylight cost? Thanks, Rouse Hi Rouse, I was charged $1848 for the glass splashback - Gunmetal Glitz DG4250M for around 3.1m wide kitchen. If I'm not mistaken it's slightly more expensive than the other glass. The price was from 6 months ago. Do you also happen to have that flexible tube that goes from the rectangular plastic to the ceiling? Just had a look at your photo again to see what you are talking about. From memory I don't remember seeing the round plastic tubing extending to the ceiling from inside of the rectangular box. I have a feeling that the rectangular box went right up to the ceiling to conceal all the wires. But don't quote me on that. I will check out the photos that we took tonight and get back to you as I don't have them with me at the moment. I'll try to load up the photo for you to see tonight. Ok the amount I was quoted for internal gas points was $132 and for external ones was $129. Not sure why there was a difference in the price.
