Browse Forums Building A New House 1 Feb 03, 2012 7:47 pm hey hey, just wondering if anyone can enlighten me a bit more about EPS and ICF, and which of these products would be better to use? Building a house on the gold coast and have had the EPS foam boards recommended to us but I guess the ICF blocks have more mass and would retain heat/keep out heat more effectively as well as noise? But in saying that i'm also guessing they're more expensive... any comments appreciated! Also for high fire area which would be best and most cost effective. cheers Pat Oh no!
