Browse Forums Building A New House 1 Feb 02, 2012 4:57 pm Hi all, I stumbled across this site in my search for some home builders. Im looking at a duplex build in the Ryde area and was wondering if anyone has any recommendations they want to pass on. I have got some concept plans drawn up so far so these can be given to the builder to have a look at and give a rough estimate on the base price. Thanks Re: Builder for Duplex in Sydney 2Feb 28, 2012 12:06 pm Hi Tez, How exciting for you ! We just finished our home with BuildCarp Constructions and they where really great, I cant recommend them enough especially because we have had such disastrous experiences with builders in the past. They where always professional, flexible and reasonably priced !! We are in the process of searching for land close to us (kellyville) to build townhouses - one for MIL and one for investment ! I would definetly get a quote from Louey at Build Carp if your still searching ill pm you there details. K Re: Builder for Duplex in Sydney 4Mar 05, 2012 12:30 pm Hi Tez, Sorry for the late reply ! Other than that we where pretty satsified, we knew what we had to spend and we where happy with the result !! K If so what were the "special circumstances" under which it was granted?
