finally signed a contract on a block of land in Strathalbyn (W00t) we are really excited.
But the contract was signed with subject to footings price (just in case).
the problem we are having is Fairmont will not send someone out to give us a quote unless we build in the next 8 months.
We don't want to build in 8 months. 12 at a minimum.
Can anyone suggest a "Geotechnical Engineer" (a guy to quote us on how much footings will be) in the adelaide / hills area.
We need to know how much it is going to cost us as the soil could be *******.
any help would be fantastic!!!
Thanks guys and girls.
