Browse Forums Building A New House 1 Jan 09, 2012 4:17 pm Ok so our loan is with Bluebay- and on the checklist of things that we need to send them it says: 1. Copy of Insurance Policy- which on our contract says: Lenders Mortgage Insurnace Premium is GEMICO and to pay them, the money comes from our loan...so what do we have to send them?? 2. Executed copy of tranfer document for the security property...is this the contract we got when we signed for the land? 3. Executed copy of the contract of sale for the secuirty property... is this the building contract we signed? If anyone could help me out with these 3 things, it would be SOO greatly appreciated, because im so confused Re: Home Loan Contract 2Jan 09, 2012 4:21 pm Your insurance Policy will be either a House Insurance policy if it's a standing home or the Builders insurance which you should have been given a copy of with your building contract. The executed copy of the contract of sale for the security property is the contract of sale for your land/established home. Don't forget you can always contact the person who is your contact at the Bank/Broker as they get these questions all the time The biggest challenge will be if you take out a loan and then run out of money - you'll have an incomplete security and lenders do not like this so you can get stuck.… 2 13458 You talk about deletions, are they variations or PS and PC adjustments? pleas list them 1 11974 Hi, you've probably already resolved this, however, Commbank will probably pay the funds to you after you send evidence the work is done regardless the change in the quotes. 1 31767 |
