Browse Forums Building A New House 1 Jan 06, 2012 3:35 pm Hi all, Just wondering if anyone has any experience with a H class slab. Weve just been quoted $21,000 (30sq home) from one company but are thinking of swtiching over to Dennis family as they have a plan we like a lot better. Anyone built with DF around the 30sq mark and had a H slab? How much were your site fees/slab etc? Thanks! Our block has 200mm of fill on it which is apparently why the P comes into it but it has all been compacted correctly and have compaction certificate etc. From front to back we only have 150mm of fall across the block. House is 31sq. Hope this is of some help to you ! Let me know if you have any questions. Em The Soil classification has little to do with piers.
