Ive got a mate that does tinting so he will be doing the front door, bathroom and toilet windows. Will be that blue tinged Matte looking tint

Well I finally got onto our site manager. Blinds are booked in to be measured up next thursday thank god

Recieved some other dates too:
- 27/4 (today) temp fence, loo and cage removed
- 30/4 Exterior site clean and scrape
- 3/5 driveway will be poured
- mid may PCI.

He is chasing up our landscaping at the moment to have the boundary fences done for hand over.

Well after a break in this week and a bit of hair pulling here and there we have PCI booked in next friday with hand over on the 31st of may.

that's terrible you had a break in! I hope nothing was damaged?!

Awesome news you will have handover next week:) Its the best feeling.

We are currently in the middle of getting every neighbour to agree to the fencing and that hopefully will be done soon.

Your driveway looks amazing!! In regards to driveway we have received a few quotes but some vary so much, so it's hard to decide who to pick! Can you provide the details of the company who did yours??!!

We did our own frosting our bathroom windows and will be doing the front entry lights too.

We drive by your estate every day on our way to workafter dropping our daughter around the corner. We have learnt that Evans is a lot quicker than Western port and then cut thru Mariott Waters. BTW the park in your estate is really cool! We have been told that our estates park should be finished around Sept, just in time for the warmer months.

I hope the next couple of days go fast for you and the move goes smoothly!

Only a trislide door panel which will be replaced!

Again we got our builder to do our driveway so not sure who did it but it came up a treat!

Yeh its a great area cranny so many things close by and I drive past your estate currently every time I goto my new place.

We did ours in the rain, we didnt go outside we left that up to our private inspector. Although inspecting inside on a dark day makes it really hard to see paint defects, just turn on all lights and look for every little ding or scrap.

PCI went well with only 14 minor defects found by our inspector. Most stuff is just paint touch ups and settlement is looking good for the end of the month

Well we were ment to have settlement on friday but apparently all our internal doors are faulty and need to be replaced (this is a large supplier problem). Hoping to settle next wednesday now. Was ment to hear from site manager today but he didnt ring. Its a case of having the 5 days time so the bank can sort themselves out but our builder cant issue the final invoice until the doors are sorted.

Well we moved in on thursday the 7th. Hand over went well and we havent been more excited before! Such a big task moving in and doing stuff around the place. I have no idea how people renting build or even do it with a baby or kids!
