You all may see me or my wife out there as we are there at least once a day now keeping an eye on build as the walls started going up today. Elly thats really no good our one got stolen as well but thanks for the heads up. Re: Avonlee Henley Brook Perth 2944Aug 05, 2015 9:11 pm Hi Tammy, Jamie here, we met tonight. Have I got the right forum??? I've looked through quite a few now, this in new to me. Thanks! Re: Avonlee Henley Brook Perth 2946Aug 05, 2015 11:39 pm Wow just did so much reading!! Wish I knew about this forum earlier..... My partner and I are building on lot 328 and were so excited to see the slab go down today. I think I saw a couple of neighbours on here this seems like a great bunch and I can't wait to have a catch up if they put something on for us! Re: Avonlee Henley Brook Perth 2948Aug 06, 2015 11:35 am Can anyone give me some info on the NBN? After reading this I contacted our builder and they said our house is NBN ready and shows on our plan, does this mean we will still need to outlay the $700 or so or has this been included.... Also anything further in the rehab centre? We didn't get any notification about this so a little scary! Who should I contact to get some? Thanks all! Re: Avonlee Henley Brook Perth 2949Aug 06, 2015 11:50 am Hi Jamie, I posted earlier about the rehab centre. It's been knocked back by the Swan Valley Planning Commission. http://epb.swan.wa.gov.au/Pages/XC.Trac ... ?id=394078 With regards to the $700 NBN charge, is that the new charge from NBN to provide the connection where it was previously free? I'd not seen anything to say that it was going through but the idea was floated before the latest federal government budget. Re: Avonlee Henley Brook Perth 2950Aug 06, 2015 12:18 pm Okay I'll look into that further, I don't know much about it. Thanks for the update Re: Avonlee Henley Brook Perth 2952Aug 06, 2015 6:02 pm Not sure what smart wiring is? And builder said house is NBN ready when built I think we then have to have it installed does that sound right? Re: Avonlee Henley Brook Perth 2956Aug 11, 2015 12:06 pm Hi everyone, Welcome to the new additions to the forum. Anyone here own Lot 336? I just want to find my direct neighbours. Also, how is everyone going with building? Glad to see the news about the rehab centre. makes me feel a little better about it all 22 Dreng Way, Brabham Land-25 May 2013 House-May 2013 Finance Formal approval -Feb 2015 Prestart -21 Mar 2015 Titles -22 May 2015 Land settled -15 June 2015 Slab - 9 July 2015 Bricks - 7 July 2015 Re: Avonlee Henley Brook Perth 2959Aug 12, 2015 11:14 am Hi Jasonr, I am very glad to see our neighbours are on here. We will be on your left side if you're standing on the road looking at the homes. My boyfriend (Chris) is 24 and I'm 25, My name is Chantal but due to issues with logging in I landed up using my Rabbits name (Salvador). I'm just as excited to finally getting our homes and moving on with life. This wait has been crazy and a long time coming. It's very nice to meet you. Bradtam, Have you met with Clint yet? We have a plate height inspection in two weeks time. It's been delayed a few times due to him being extremely busy. Glad to have the same Site supervisor, we will keep chatting in case we need to look at certain things. I do hope it's smooth sailing from here though!! 22 Dreng Way, Brabham Land-25 May 2013 House-May 2013 Finance Formal approval -Feb 2015 Prestart -21 Mar 2015 Titles -22 May 2015 Land settled -15 June 2015 Slab - 9 July 2015 Bricks - 7 July 2015 Re: Avonlee Henley Brook Perth 2960Aug 13, 2015 12:55 am Hey Salvi I met Clint a few weeks ago just because he drives a content car and saw him in the area and stopped him. I think we will have all the same tradies cause I was talking to my brickies and he owned the team and said the ones doing your home was part of his guys. So we will definitely have to keep each other in touch as you will be going ahead before us and it will be good on your feedback and also as I said we are out there everyday so will keep you informed to. I see your plaster boards and roof timbers are there so the next step for you guys should start really soon. Would any one know if Henley Homes is a good Builder to use I seen many reasonable but also many poor reviews With so many builder going bust I thought they would be a… 0 321 I am not sure whether Perth has its own way of doing things in regards to this. Most of Perth has class A (sandy soil), except for some areas near rivers or hills. 2 8260 1 8168 |
