Morning Guys,
Hope you're all well.
I spoke with Andrew last night and he advised me both the DAP and FMP have been approved by the city and now they've gone to the Executive Manager. The Ex. Mgr needs to basically sign a 'formal letter' stating the clearances are given, this is what we're waiting for now from the city and Andrew is hopeful it will be today, and will continually follow it up until he receives it. As soon as he has received the letter from the city he will be sending an update to us all.
From there the submission pack gets given the Whelans (Terranovis Surveyor) who will then pass it on to the WAPC (WA Planning Commision) who check everything over before handing it to Landgate for titles to issue. The process from Whelans to Landgate and ultimately titles is still the approx 3 weeks, "he did state providing there isn't a huge workload at landgate and no other issues this should be the case."
I hope that gives you all some further clarification and now we know a little further where we're at, but i do have a new appreciation for the process of 'getting a bit of land ready to build a house on'. Nothing is ever as simple as it seems, i just hope there are no further hold ups for us. If i hear anything further, i'll let you all know.
Cheers
Kaylz
