currently our m home is having the painting done and upon going past the house today to have a look we were not really impressed with some of the quality. Eg. Stain on front door looks alot lighter in certain places, almost like it needed another coating... painters reply to me was 'if you want a third coat it will cost more' ?? Really? How ridiculous... i was pi$$ed we tried to organise a meeting with our ss this week onsite to go over the issues , but was too busy. Anyways, can somebody recommend us a independent building inspection place that can go in and do a report? Sydney area?
