The only question I have is in the garage is there no bricks between the garage and the house wall? wondering if that question actually makes any sense You may not find the plan for this house in the Burbank Website anymore they do not build this design. Also I have made alot I mean alot of changes propbably I should post my house plan here. I think it will be just plaster between the garage and house wall. We have bricks on the other side, Saying that how will plaster stick on the building wrap ?( I will find out from SS) Orchid 4200 with Burbank: Thread: https://forum.homeone.com.au/viewtopic.php?f=31&t=53034 House Built in 7 Months and 2 weeks Re: Building our House Orchid 4200 with Burbank 68Feb 24, 2012 10:20 am Thanks dazandstace & Nayzv New SS next week hopefully he will be as good as my current one. This week my job will be handed over to the new SS. Bit sad, my old SS has been pretty good so far. Talked with Burbank construction manager he said that due to internal reporting line changes they had to restructure the team so they had moved my SS to a different location We had most of the kitchen and cabinets delivered on Sunday, fixing will start this week. Garage plaster not on yet - the windy hot conditions blew away some insulation batts from Garage Personal update *** Did the Cancer Council Relay for Life event over the weekend in Melton. Our team had a runner on field the whole 18hours (38 degrees and windy) and was recognised and given the Spirit of Relay award We ran for a very good cause. Burbank uses Kitchen Innovations as their supplier and the cabinet maker was determined to finish his job in 1 day. (He started at 6.00 a.m and was working until 8 p.m) I went to the house to check the insulation in the garage - they got wet due to the rain , need to throw them out and put a new one in before plaster Orchid 4200 with Burbank: Thread: https://forum.homeone.com.au/viewtopic.php?f=31&t=53034 House Built in 7 Months and 2 weeks Re: Building Orchid 4200 with Burbank - Lockup Stage PICS!! 75Feb 29, 2012 10:28 am Still waiting for the new SS to contact me.
