Does anyone know how long it takes from the survey to pre-start? Having said that, we are semi-rural and our block isn't just your average suburbian block, so that has made things a bit slower. What house are you building? Yes well I recieved a rather nice plant last night from SP saying your home is now growing, which i thought was lovely and very sweet! I've rang up my sales rep and explained i'm really impatient and want this pre-start book now so he's promised me it will come in the post this week, so we can start working on getting prices etc, so fingers crossed.
