Browse Forums Building A New House 1 Dec 13, 2011 5:53 pm Hi Guys Can anyone help or recommend what we should do. We are ex-cosmopolitan customers and had DA approved plans building in Sydney Metro area. Nothing has started on site. Since they went bust i have tried taking the design to some common builders but they have all priced it anywhere from 30-50% more for the base price of the house.
