Browse Forums Building A New House 1 Dec 09, 2011 8:04 pm Hi all - I'm thinking of building with Easy Living/Gen1 & wondering if there are any updates on other peoples experiences with them. The salesman, Richard (an older gent & "old school") has been extremely helpful & bent over backwards. But he's only the salesman; I know the real fun starts with the actual build! Any comments, experiences would be helpful. My thinking was as the cheapest & with everything thrown in then the quality of the work must suffer. And it sounds like that is what, unfortunately, happened to you. After considering Aussie Living very closely, ended up signing with Blue Print Homes who have been a bit slow to get the Preliminary Plans drawn up but they are now finally with Wanneroo Council. Overall very happy with Blue Print & the sales consultant, David, has been excellent. DIY, Home Maintenance & Repair I mean, I install them/sell them for a living so I haven't done DIY, unless you count the first one I installed lol. (electrician by trade).
