Thanks.

Browse Forums Building A New House Re: Tiled Roof Sarking and Anti-Flap Pads questions 2Dec 06, 2011 11:56 am In a previous house the builder didn't fit anti-flap pads and the sarking was VERY noisy during windy weather, nobody could sleep at night. The tilers came back and it took them about 1/2 hour to do the whole house and the roof was quiet from then on. They were (back then) small blocks of foam rubber wedged between the sarking and roof batten but did an amazing job. I can't comment on your location but it might be an idea to speak to neighbours and ask if they have them and if not, how noisy is the sarking in winds. No experience with cyclone clips so can't help there, sorry! I have a colorbond roof on this house and it's not noisy at all. Building Standards; Getting It Right!
