Browse Forums Building A New House 1 Nov 23, 2011 8:59 pm We have just received our fixing stage payment (in our contract it has or 85% complete). My concern is I don't think we have achieved either of these...no kitchen cupboards, no bathroom or laundry anything. They have been doing the painting but I dont think painting is to equal value or completion as fixing all the cupboards/vanities etc I'm in nsw What are your thoughts?? Re: Fixing stage 2Nov 23, 2011 9:34 pm it should have a clear definition in your contract, however i know mine states Fixing includes cabinetry, so I wouldnt be paying. Thanks for much mate. I see that you do cabinets before flooring. For timber flooring, for most parts it's fine because it's got base plates, and for door jabs you can… 7 2220 I'll look into different shower heads and ask the plumber about some engineering and see what he says.
