The pre plaster covers the frame stage and just before the lockup stage so the inspector can inspect the wrap, and insulation and wiring too. And PCI covers almost everything coz thats just before you get your handover and would have most of the work inspected after the builders completion Thanks ajantakadam, Will book the inspector at these 2 times. Appreciate the feedback Cheers, Alpal Building PD Heathmont 40 BLOG: http://alpal-pd-heathmont40.blogspot.com/ Deposit paid 19/08/2011 Contract signing 3/10/2011 Site Start 10/11/2011 Slab 23/11/2011 I would send it to the certifier who is technically your representative and working on your behalf not the builder's 1 2246 I do enjoy the drama:-D In his latest two videos he has started bringing security guards to site, I am waiting for the punch on to begin lol 6 45484 If you already have a contract, is the inspection cost stated in there? If not they would be forced to issue you a variation which you could of course object to. 12 25835 |
