(TAS) 40Jan 13, 2012 12:35 pm Ok so I had a go at redoing downstairs to allow for staircase exiting somewhere in the middle of upstairs (against South wall). What you think of this? Haven't worked out the upstairs yet but thinking about allowing another metre. Also a mate of mine suggested going 600mm overhang either side for upstairs as he was told it would not add much cost to the build, and extra width is what is needed upstairs!
