This is why you take photos before the build to make sure you notify the council of any pre-existing damage to their assests to they have to fix and not you! Thanks sleven. It's good to hear Wyndham council does not need Asset protection Permit But 2 things mentioned in the tender: 1. Crossover bay - Carlisle cannot be held responsible for any damage, What the hell at least few hundred dollars to fix it. Builder should have insurance to cover this kind of things, don't they? 2. Footpath - Carlisle will reimburse $113 per square plain concrete, is it fair enough?
