My wife and I are really excited about this and thought we share this big journey with all. Firstly this has been a long process but its getting there. I hope I can get this right with posting the following. Below I will have the following - a. Floor plan b. colour selection c. site start d. slab poured e. frame stage a. http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/19 ... rehkj.jpg/ The following has been done - 2740mm high ceiling - 25 degree roof pitch - extended the garage with a rear roller door - the lounge we have closing doors to create this into a study room - L shape alfresco door glass - Facade - Waterview Due to developers requirement we had to extend our porch wider and had to reduce some size to bed 4, back WC, rumpus and alfresco by not so much. b. All the above selection was done prior to our land settling in June 2011. During this time we had to wait for our land to settle so that CH could do a site survey to see how much site cost would cost $$$$$ i think we were quite happy with what we received. you should see some of these rocks down below. C. Site Start So 2 months on after land settlement, we had gone through tender process a few times to get this right and in our budget. Just went over the NHI report on the slab and the frame. So there are a few defect and have already on forward this to CH CLE and Site supervisor to fix this. Hopefully they fix this before I make my next payment. Grrrr CH did not provide me with a copy of the wall bracing and roof truss designs layouts. So now i have to arrange NHI to go out again next week to inspect this. This is where we are at. Hope to continue posting more pics and updates as it goes. But i am out there every week.
