We're about to be using Fowler Homes in St George area of Sydney.
Anyone else have used Fowler, and if so how they been?
Also, am scared about crisis hit Cosmo placed into liquidation. How can i check on Fowler?

Short of having access to their financials, you cant.
Maybe you could contact them for a list of house/land packages, then decide for yourself whether they seem overcommitted.
My builder has just under 30 H/L packages on its books. Wisdom OTOH, have over 80 so seem way more exposed, but without knowing how many owner builds they have on their books, its a guess as to whether this is a significant cost for them.

Im currently building with Fowler homes, and all good so far.

I would never build with Fowler homes. I built with them in 2021 and till date maintenance issues are pending. All their existing trades and businesses don't work with…
