I would only have been charged extra if I had a couple of different gloss colours. Yeah, I just can't understand the logic to it!! Our main paint colour is an off white anyway, so they wouldn't require any extra coats. I am thinking it is just a money grab by the painters We have decided to just go with the same colour as the walls. I refuse to hand over that amount of money for something that won't cost them anymore in time or money. * jas * The selections lady told us to do it ourself after handover rather then pay extra but there is no way i am painting ever again and it would have cost way more then that to pay a painter down the track. It's not exactly what I want, but I don't want to do it after handover either, so I can live with the decision. I'm with you on that one! I have done enough painting in our current reno to last a lifetime, I don't want to do it in a brand new house!! 7 2988 Hi, planning on using the attached stone pieces in my bathroom.
