Beside keys, is there any other thing we should expect to get from the builder? Do you have any list?
What make sense to me is that we need to get the warranty letter for all the appliances and also the warranty letter from the builder as i have they offer x years guarantee.

When we built the first time we got a folder and in it they had placed copies of the building permits, occupancy certificate, certficate of electrical safety with details of electricians license, may have been one from the plumber as well.
Also were given some maintenance guides about how to prevent slab movement, who had installed termite barrier with guarantee certificate and info on importance of annual checks.
Were given all appliance manuals and on some of them we were able to extend warranty if we wished. Information on window manufacturers and guarantees.
Details of when the maintenance inspection is to be completed etc.
