We're building in Fernvale, in the Honeywood estate. Ed, I don't know about the windows, they didn't give us much information at this stage. What happens to the windows if there is strong wind? Do they break? They also need to be strengthened to suit. Very few standard builders' windows achieve N3... and not many sliding doors meet N3. Leaking and breakage are the risks.
