Browse Forums Building A New House 1 Oct 25, 2011 4:26 am Just got provisional siteworks from a builder. Being charged $3500 for "remove/reinstate fencing" on a 900m2 battelaxe duplex build (40m x 23m). There is existing fence is fibro fencing (fair/good condition) along 40m side and 23m back, and the other 40m side has no existing fencing. Is this price exorbitant? What have others paid for temporary fencing during their build? I can almost get the whole lot done in brand new Colorbond fencing for just a bit more. AY. When we build, we get a temp pole for construction which becomes the permanent pole for one of the… 1 3042 |
