opinions needed on pics of plaster and brickwork thanks

I went out to the house tonight and took come pics of the outside plaster and brickwork along the roof line of the Alfresco .
Can someone look at the pics and give me your opinion on the work as it looks ** and defective.
Ive noticed in some places the plaster has gotton wet.. looks like a leak coming from somewhere and it is torn and broken. Still trying to get this pic posting right :oops:

So reduced the size of the pics as when i posted pics in the past they would take up the whole page hope you can see them properly.

Hi clath,

it's a bit difficult to comment as your photos are quite small, can you post a larger version either here or on your blog?

Normally those area where the ceiling join with the brick wall will be blocked/covered by some sort of cornice or timber. So if there's small hole or something minor you shouldn't worry too much.

But it's sign of leakage - specially after a few days of rain, then I would be really concerned. Bring it up to your builder and see what they say.

You might want to add a few comments next to each photo, otherwise it's a bit hard to work out which part of that photo that you think has a problem.

Sorry hung that you had trouble seeing the fotos, i thought that would happen i made them smaller cos when i have posted fotos before they look to huge. anyway see what i can do... they are on my blog anyway larger version. How do you put comments on the pics? thanks

I sent those pics to kevin by email he seems to think that everything is fine but he will speak to the building manager about the wet plaster could be something to do with the tiles.
