It's all about priority, just becaues it's call an outdoor setting should not mean it's left out in the open Re: HomegroupWA in Success - we have keys!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 1143Mar 23, 2013 4:20 pm Liquid limestone done today! Re: HomegroupWA in Success - we have keys!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 1144Mar 23, 2013 4:37 pm Looks great! Very jealous Your house is looking amazing, though makes me think about how long it will realistically take to finish it once we move in! Re: HomegroupWA in Success - we have keys!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 1145Mar 23, 2013 4:55 pm Who did you end up using for your limestone? Did you get it with or without the yellow oxide? Re: HomegroupWA in Success - we have keys!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 1148Mar 23, 2013 5:54 pm We went through a company called repave. I'm not sure about the oxide? We weren't offered it? It's taken us a bit longer to finish as we did the patio which added a few extra weeks. Hopefully grass late next week. We are on a deadline as we are having our engagement party on the 6th of April! We decided liquid limestone because of the coolness factor, and I love the natural look of it. It makes it look a bit yellow. I think they add it as standard, but I'm going to get it without I think. Will be interesting to see it once it is sealed! 1rocky congrats on your engagement thanks rocky! They had a cancellation so we were slotted in We have 6kw of panels and 2 x 2.5 inverters. The extra kw over the inverters means that if the solar panels aren't at full capacity like when its over cast, there is more so you still generate more. Today each inverter generated 17kw!! 34kw for the day! Daniel is super happy and it means we don't have to stress about having 2 fridges and the aircon. I think the system was about 8k through a woman's spark, very impressed with their service and they quite often have offers via facebook. This is what 6kw of panels looks like - Daniel said to the solar people that we had a large north facing roof, and they replied with "thats an understatment" we also now look like construction zone as the grass begins on saturday! they delivered 2 skips and a massive pile of roadbase! plus we had some landscap mix delivered to finish off the laundry side of the house which is going to be a fern garden and cat run the end is in sight!! Re: HomegroupWA in Success - we have keys!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 1157Mar 28, 2013 8:21 pm Serialbuilder And then you'll do it all over again? i was thinking about it today... and i would probably build investments or something... but if I needed to build another house for us I would build exact same house and layout just different colours - not because I don't like ours but because there are so many different combos! I think we really lucked out that we found the perfect plan, that only needed minor tweaking that we both absolutely loved! 1rocky awesome have you more pics no more yet rocky! but grass guys start Saturday... and maybe for a laugh i'll give you one of me touching a garden implement since tomorrow I have to help distribute the dirt for the laundry side....
