Browse Forums Building A New House 1 Oct 08, 2011 7:42 pm Hi, We are building a two storey home, bricks have just been finished. Roof is yet to go on. We brought in another builder to give us a quote to finish the house for us ( as our current builder went into liquidation ) when he asked if we wanted sarking put on. My question is, is it too late for sarking now that the bricks have been laid? The roof tiles are yet to be laid, so can we put sarking just for the roof? Appreciate any feedback.
