Yep had our inspection yesterday and the place is covered in little red dots.. Nothing to big just paint touch ups and adjusting a few doors. A few scratches on the kitchen bench top but the SS said they buff out petty easy so fingers crossed. Didnt do outside as the rain was coming down and its one big mud pile out there. Re: Coral Homes - Noosa 279. New Pics 17/04 111Apr 18, 2012 9:44 am Probably just for security ... they don't want it to be there before you are in the house.... New Pics 17/04 112Apr 18, 2012 10:02 am Muppardo, your build is amazing. It has come together so quickly and looks like quality work. I love your bath spout. It's funny how things like that grab your attention once you become a home builder. My kitchen should be in by next week and I'm having white bottom cupboards with a black bench top as well. I can't wait to see it. Good luck with the move. DRG Re: Coral Homes - Noosa 279. New Pics 17/04 113Apr 18, 2012 10:08 am dreamsRgood I love your bath spout. DRG I agree - it's very stylish isn't it? I'm loving those bathrooms For info on our build: viewtopic.php?f=31&t=43093 Built the McLaren by Dechellis - slab down 22 Feb - handover 30 Aug 2011 - and gardens finished 9 Dec 2012!! Re: Coral Homes - Noosa 279. New Pics 17/04 114Apr 18, 2012 10:22 am Thanks dreamsrgood and Mclaren.. Yeah we are very pleased, it all came together great and we love it. Our tradies were great, being a shift worker i was around there a bit as the house is only a couple of minutes from where we are now and nothing was a problem for them. Bathroom tiler was really good he was so particular. Felt like it took ages to get going but now only seems like yesterday we were taking the photos for the site cut. Will have to have a look at your thread dreamsRgood.. Good luck with the kitchen sure it will look great. Ask the council if there is a chance of getting build over easement exemption. Sometimes easements are unused and 24cm is not all that much. Good luck. And yes any builder… 2 13781 In Qld it is a requirement that a builder must have a cost breakdown, for building a home to the same specification, with the same inclusions and the same finish.
