We went as far as the tribunal mainly because of the principal of the matter and they way they treated us throughout, they didn't get away with it with us, but I thought about how many other people just gave up Make sure everything is in writing too, its a saving grace! I think you have a better chance of getting issues sorted when time isnt a factor - most builders think that you are desperate to get in so they think you will give up, which sometimes people have no other option to do so.
