With electricity i think i contacted Origin energy for the NMI but i didnt do anything to setup an account with them. I am meeting with the Site Supervisor tomorrow so i'll take up these questions with him. Re: Anyone building with Mirvac @ Parkbridge Middleton grang 892May 15, 2013 10:17 pm iamjason I am meeting with the Site Supervisor tomorrow so i'll take up these questions with him. yeah please let me know how you go with this... i met my SS before but i forgot to ask him about this... thanks EDIT: i think origin = integral... Re: Anyone building with Mirvac @ Parkbridge Middleton grang 894May 16, 2013 12:25 pm Ok i spoke to my SS and he said the account with Sydney Water will be setup automatically when you take possession of the land. Now for the elctricity once you get the NMI the builder will get the electicion to put in the meters and once you get hanover just sign up with your preffered biller for the elctricity and gas. He also mentioned electicity, gas and water will be fully available at handover. Re: Anyone building with Mirvac @ Parkbridge Middleton grang 897May 16, 2013 9:07 pm hi guys, how do I apply for the interim occupation certificate? do i need any documents from Mirvac first before I can apply? what will happen if i dont have it ready when we do the hand-over??? thanks Re: Anyone building with Mirvac @ Parkbridge Middleton grang 898May 16, 2013 9:15 pm Mirvac will organise for the final inspection for the certificate before your handover, this will be a ciuple of days before your handover. Niw it is only your responsobility to obtain it from your PCA, if mirvac recieves it before they will mail it out to you. If you dont have it at handover i believe you still move all your stuff but cant actually reside in the house Re: Anyone building with Mirvac @ Parkbridge Middleton grang 900May 18, 2013 2:34 pm Hi All, We will handover this week, 2 months ahead of our contract time. Hooray! Unfortunately for us we have a corner block and our rear and 1 side has to be type 1 fencing... 43m of it to be precise. I was just wondering how people painted there fence. Did you use a roller/brush or did you spray? The cost of type 1 fencing is ridiculous so i was hoping to paint it myself but wasn't sure what would give the best outcome. Thanks Laura 8 50961 I haven’t. But have a Lowe Design home. Not only did I find Matt Lowe patronising and a bully, but the home is NOT TO CODE. I have water coming through the bricks… 1 36872 Nothing yet, have been distracted this year with work related projects and a new kid but hoping to start building one way or another early next year.
