Browse Forums Building A New House 1 Feb 03, 2008 11:12 am We had signed a building contract with a builder back in Nov. Final approval from the authority was obtained on 19 Dec.
Site was scrapped a few days after that. The builder promised to have the plumbing installed in mid Jan 2008, before the foundation could be laid. Alas, the rains is on and off for the last two weeks, and the land is wet (some parts have shallow water ponds). My question is to what extend the wet land could deter the plumbing works? I have become selfish over this, and hope that the sky will be clear next week, or at least no pouring rain. Cheers Re: Rain delays plumbing work? 2Feb 03, 2008 9:20 pm Oh I feel your pain!!!
