EDIT: that sounds rather pathetic when I consider peoples real problems huh !!! Will throw most in the back of the car, 10 or 15 trips, and a removalist for the big stuff, job done ! Re: Building on the Central Coast NSW 146May 19, 2012 10:49 am Well that is very handy and also means you can check on the progress of your build daily or even hourly Loretta Built The Jenmark with Cavalier Homes Macarthur. http://camdenacres.blogspot.com/ Thread - viewtopic.php?f=31&t=17870 We are in - front landscaping begins Re: Building on the Central Coast NSW 147May 19, 2012 12:49 pm If it wasn't around a corner, could take photos from the front yard.. Have to say that it has been a great experience for both of us, being first timers. Wincrest have been a pleasure to deal with, and allowing for ,what I would suspect, have been minimal requests/variations by us, their response and assistance has been what we hoped for. Its a fairly daunting project to undertake, which can (and does) have problems for many. I felt it appropriate for our very pleasant experience to be aired . Slab pour 4 March hand over 4 July....not bad. Living 1/2 a klm away we have been following progress almost at the turn of every screw but not really knowing what they were doing apart from the visuals. It has been hugely interesting to watch it fall into place. I hasten to add we have no connection with Wincrest other than as a first time customer, so our experience is not influenced by anything other than just that, our experience. We are 99.99% happy and will post more "finished" pics in the near future Re: Building on the Central Coast NSW with WINCREST 154Jun 21, 2012 1:48 pm Fence went this morning, not long now... Had our walkthrough yesterday which went well with no major dramas. I imagine most of the problems would be fairly typical...paint imperfections, sticking windows and the like. Bit of a problem with locating the spa bath motor and some broken storm water pipes would be about the biggest of the fixups required. Really looking forward to 4th July. Hope we get our car back by then !! http://s1102.beta.photobucket.com/user/jandj81/library/ https://forum.homeone.com.au/viewtopic.php?f=26&t=51357 http://pvoutput.org/list.jsp?userid=14377 Re: Building on the Central Coast NSW with WINCREST 155Jul 01, 2012 8:57 pm House is looking good, can't believe how quick it went up! Has a nice "new" smell to it. We are sleeping on mattresses the floor because I'll be damned if I'll let some !@#$% break in and steal something. Have started moving stuff in the car (about 10 trips so far I think) and after the drive and fence is finished in about a week will get a man with a truck for the big stuff.
